Return Policy



30-DAY RETURN POLICY

At American Fire Grill, we stand behind every product we sell, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned. That’s why we offer a 30-day Return Policy on most of our products.

If you decide to return an item for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, simply cover the return shipping costs, and we’ll help you process a full refund.

Please Note: To qualify for a refund, the returned item(s) must be in "Like New" condition, meaning they should be unused, free of any signs of wear, and include all original packaging and accessories.


DAMAGED ITEMS

If your product arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately upon delivery and send photos to Support@americanfiregrill.com on the same day. We will take care of defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise at no cost to you. However, items that are damaged after use are non-refundable unless covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.


CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel an order, please email or call our customer service team as soon as possible to avoid return shipping fees. Cancellations received before order processing will qualify for a full refund. Orders canceled after processing will follow our 30-Day Return Policy and be subject to return shipping costs.

  • All orders over $5,000 or multiple order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee regardless of order status.

  • The following products are subject to a 10% cancellation fee due to their high cost.

  • Custom-made items cannot be canceled or returned due to the manufacturing process.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Our 30-Day Return Policy is subject to our vendors’ return policies. If a product does not qualify for the policy, this will be clearly stated in the product description.
